At first I was skeptical. The delivery time was about 20 days including the weekend. But I just got the watches today and all I can say is. WOW. Will be definitely making a second purchase. I got the pepsi GMT, coke GMT and the all black submariner. I'm in love!

Deception at its best. Website says based in Cape Coral, items shipped from China according to the tracking information provided. Thankfully was able to dispute with my card company. Don't fall for this scam company

Thank you for your feedback, though we must respectfully correct the misinformation in your review. All of our U.S. orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Cape Coral to ensure fast, reliable delivery and strict quality control. For our European customers, we also operate a warehouse in Sweden to speed up regional shipping and improve the overall customer experience. We are fully transparent in our operations and take great pride in the craftsmanship of our watches, as well as the service we provide. If you are a genuine customer with a concern, we’re more than happy to assist you directly and find a resolution. Otherwise, this review appears to be misleading and may not reflect a real or fair experience. Best regards, Modsera

The watch looks fantastic and wearing feels quite well. Unfortunately, the links on the bracelet were too heavy and required quite a bit of force to replace. The official Seiko NH35A movement works brilliant and seems to be original in every function. The delivery time around 3 weeks wasn’t great, but the tracking was very accurate. However, the delivery from Belgium says "Huahan Hongyun" which suggests a connection to China, and I wonder if the watch actually came directly from China or if some work was done on it in Belgium. All in all, it leaves a bad taste, but the watch is magnificent, and I hope the positive impression is all at the end.

Ok. Here is my full, honest review. I first saw SEIKO mod watches and got very excited about them, specifically the Rootbeer. I settled on Modsera to make my first official purchase. The website said that the Rootbeer mod was in stock and I messaged the site and they said that is was ready to ship. I sadly feel like that was a lie. I finally got an email saying it was in production, yet the first email should have been that it had shipped if it was in stock and ready to ship. I messaged the company and they said that there were specific parts that were not in stock and the watch had to be built in a factory in Sweden. They do have a website based in Sweden so that seemed legit. I originally purchased this watch because it said in stock and based in Florida so I figured shipping would be a week tops. I was wrong. After some time goes by I get an email with tracking, using 17Track which is generally used with items shipping from China. I was confused because why would the tracking say this was coming from China when I was told it was built in Sweden. I sadly don’t believe the story I was told saying that boxes being used by a shipping partner were from China which is why tracking shows started in China. Simultaneously as the tracking showed coming from China it also showed coming from Illinois, which was also super confusing. How could it be coming from two different places. I was told there is a warehouse in IL as well. The chat option with Modsera always gave me an answer, albeit one that I was always left slightly confused. Fast forward to delivery. I finally received the watch, and it looks great! The watch face itself is sturdy, and has some good heft, but I was a little disappointed by how the presidential band and the oyster clasp it came with feels kind of cheap. I’ve bought less expensive watches that have better feeling bands. They lack a little weight which bummed me out. The SEIKO logo is a little wonky, but I am glad it does not say oyster perpetual date mimicking the Rolex it’s a homage to. The website photos show the face saying oyster perpetual whereas the final product just says GMT and has the SEIKO logo which is a very good thing. Makes it feel less of a “fake” and more original. So far it keeps time very well! Overall I am very happy, however I am led to believe this comes from China and not Florida or Sweden like I was told. I hope I’m wrong but tracking information doesn’t lie. Edit: 7/2/25 I’ve worn this watch most days since I received it, and am extremely pleased with it. Works well with all my clothes and I have received numerous compliments on it. Would definitely purchase a watch from them again! Also changed my review to 5 stars.
