The watch is beautiful 10/10. The only issue I had was shipping, I ordered it on 11/30 I didn’t receive it until 12/23. The shipper uniuni wasn’t great with shipping or communication They shipped it from Florida, New York, New Jersey then to Texas. I resided in Tennessee. Communication was spot on with modsera. 24 days for shipping is outrageous.

I recently purchased the Sky-Dweller watch. The overall look and feel of the watch is very premium, and the build quality, finish, and design are impressive. It definitely looks great on the wrist. However, the main issue is that the key functionality of the Sky-Dweller is not working. The inner dial is supposed to rotate, and the bezel should rotate to activate the inner dial, but this feature does not function at all. Because of this, the watch is currently only working as a basic watch with a date display, which defeats the main purpose of buying a Sky-Dweller. Apart from this major drawback, everything else about the watch is really good. If the rotating bezel and inner dial worked properly, this would have been an excellent purchase. Unfortunately, due to this issue, I am disappointed with the functionality.

I purchased a GMT watch and instead of the Hour hand and date moving they do not move in position 2. What happens: In position 2 the GMT hand when turn clockwise moves and when counter clockwise the date changes. A true GMT function working just the hands are on the wrong gear.

Quality of product is fantastic. Purchased a Datejust and GMT. One small issue with returns — please don’t take off your plastic protective stickers unless you’re truly satisfied with the purchase. Lastly, the Seiokoak that I purchased had bracelet screws that were not able to be adjusted and the recommendation was to bring it to a watchmaker/jeweler.

Watches arrived which was a relief. Shipping process was a little weird and deal timer on the website resets everyday. After looking at some redit reviews I thought I got scammed but everything came as advertised! One of my watch clasps needs to be pride open with a tool, the tool that come with the watches don’t really work, and the price is okay

The oyster black looks great and works my only gripe is the box came in damaged which left the bracelet damaged. My other two watches came in great and absolutely love them

Ok so I purchased the 3 watch pack back in September. Once they arrived I was not happy with the quality and I shipped them back same day following the exact instructions given by Modsera. It’s now Mid October and I haven’t seen the return processed or a refund. Affirm keeps charging me as well even though I reported the return and have proof of delivery (sept19th). I would not recommend this company based on the return process alone. The company got in contact and processed my refund! The apologized for an oversight and handled my situation.
