Hello, I ordered a watch some time ago; it was broken. I couldn't put the right time cause the crown was not connected to the watch mechanism. I sent it back at my own expense, haven't received a refund until now, or a new watch. On Instagram, I get no reply even though they keep posting storys. Conclusion: you get a broken watch directly from China; if there are any problems you will just get ignored

Man…I was a bit skeptical about this purchase because the pictures online looked too good, and the reviews were too positive. My first “feel good” moment came when I reached out on their instagram page asking about typical lead times. They responded quickly with real English! My second moment was the summer deal. Buy 2 pieces, get 1 free. That’s a good deal no matter what. Even if the watches were “ok”, I could deal with that. Lead time from order to arrival was just over 2 weeks, so not bad. My final feel good moment was when I opened my 3 boxes and saw how great they looked! I sized them to my wrist with the tools they provide, and IMMEDIATELY headed to my buddies house. He owns a Rolex Submariner and Daytona (Panda), which were 2 of the Modsera pieces I bought. We head my Seikos next to his Rolexes, and the differences were Minimal! Of course his are genuine Rolexes, so don’t think that is what you’re buying, you’re not…These aren’t fake Rolexes, they are BEAUTIFUL modded Seiko homages, and should be proudly worn as such. The watches are beautiful and I’d definitely recommend them to friends. The only reason i’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the watch straps is exceptionally hard to resize and their only advice was “yeah go to a watch shop”. All in all no reason to not trust the watches, the company, or the quality.
