There was a small glitch in the fulfillment system that indicated my order was ready before it actually was, but customer service was all over it. Likewise, one of the bracelets on my watches was not perfect and customer service immediately offered to send me a pre-sized replacement. Watches themselves are awesome…movement is perfect and they look incredible.

Update: Honestly meh, the watch looks good but not a seiko mod it’s actually a Miyota movement which is really loud and clanky, the watch looks good but people will comment about how loud the movement is haha. Also after I bought the company sends you a bunch of emails saying they’ll send you a $60 credit for every review you write but then then I got a $37 dollar credit that expires in 9 hours. So that’s really what made me change this review from 4 stars to 2. Original review: Santeiko White: Watch looks good and keeps time. After a couple weeks, so far so good, time will tell how well the watch works moving forward. Good deal at 3 for price of 2. The movement is a Miyota, not a seiko movement.

Got one wrong band and one broken band. They ghosted me so I can’t return them Update: 3 weeks later and still no bands or even tracking number after they said they would ship them priority shipping. Ghosted again

The watch came but there wasn’t accuracy shipping. Once it finally arrived, I was thoroughly impressed. Wish the clasp on the band was a little nicer but it gets the job done

Bought 3 for 2 deal. I am very happy with the watches. Nice parts and finish. Fun to wear and feel like wearing a more expensive watch. The customer service was really responsive as one of my watches cam with the wrong band. They offered the price of the band and I accepted.
