Loved my watch, everything came exactly like I ordered it. The communication of the watch process was definitely a plus, so it was worth the wait.

I have to say, the entire experience was incredible. From designing my pieces to ordering them (they give you a three point status update at design, test, and shipping stages), to received them. They exceeded my expectations.

I contacted them after the watches arrived to ask a question on the clasp on the seiko day date and the help out they even sent me a video on how to unbuckle the clasp and how it will get easier with use. i had a little issue with the band on the Seiko oak to adjust the screws are too tight and some wouldn't cone out but I manage to get them out and adjust I mentioned it to them and all they told me that if I damaged the bracelet i can buy one on there site and i should go to a watch maker to have it adjusted and that they n't send me defective band. That i (In my eyes the screws should come out a little easier and not round out) i asked if they can replace the band and they said no. But I did manage to get it adjusted to my size and you cant see the screws that ended up getting rounded off. Other then that the watches are beautiful and will enjoy them.
