Ordered the a 3 piece set of Tudeiko Blue, Seitona Blue and the SeikoMaster vintage. Easy ordering process and the team provides timely updates on the order status. The case materials and finishing for each of the products were excellent and the attention to details was evident. Taking off one star for just the straps. They were a bit finicky and the scratch easily. The travel case was a great addition! Overall very satisfied with the purchase!

I placed an order with Modsera thinking it was a U.S.-based company (Florida), but quickly realized the items were shipping from China — something that was not made clear upfront. I attempted to cancel the order before it shipped, but was told refunds aren’t allowed once the order is “processing.” As of today, I still haven’t received the items, and there’s been no meaningful support or resolution from their team. The experience has been frustrating enough that I had to file a dispute with my credit card company — a long and tedious process I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I noticed a number of positive reviews that don’t appear to be from verified purchases, which raises red flags. I’m a real U.S. customer just trying to help others avoid wasting time and money. There are better and more transparent retailers out there — I strongly suggest you find one. Updated 09/25/25 Make sure to thoroughly read their policies before purchasing. This company is not flexible and is entirely process driven. I followed their return policy and requested a refund before ever opening the box. I made it clear I did not want the items and just wanted to move on from a bad experience. But now they are requiring me to open the box and take photos of the watches' condition just to get a return address. I do not want to open the box, because I am concerned they will then accuse me of the watches not being in original condition. It feels like a setup to deny the return. I have never dealt with a company that makes you open a product just to qualify for a return, especially when it is completely unopened and unused. Even after all this, they offered me an 80 dollar credit in exchange for a positive review. I also received fake-looking emails that were supposedly internal messages like final stock or employee discounts, clearly designed to create false urgency or trust. They are not interested in making things right. They hide behind process and avoid real customer support. Buyer beware. Do your research. Don’t trust the overly positive reviews. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from the start.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry for the frustration this has caused. Some of our parts and products are shipped directly from our production partners, and we understand this was not made clear enough in your case. That is our mistake, and we appreciate you pointing it out. Regarding cancellation and refunds, you should not be left without either your order or proper support. We would like to resolve this directly with you, so you can either receive your items as quickly as possible, or get a refund if that is your preference. Please contact us at [[email protected]] with your order number, and we will prioritize your case immediately.
