Updated- refund finally processed-Poor customer service with returns
Ok so I purchased the 3 watch pack back in September. Once they arrived I was not happy with the quality and I shipped them back same day following the exact instructions given by Modsera. It’s now Mid October and I haven’t seen the return processed or a refund. Affirm keeps charging me as well even though I reported the return and have proof of delivery (sept19th). I would not recommend this company based on the return process alone. The company got in contact and processed my refund! The apologized for an oversight and handled my situation.

These watches are fantastic in both aesthetic and movement. I needed a go to watch for fall wedding season and the GMT was the perfect match. Highly recommend after being on the fence at first.

The look of the watch is fantastic
The look of the watch is fantastic, I do love it, and the communication with Modsera was great too. The only issue I've found is when the bracelet was polished one of the heads of the screws was over polished and it took away the slot for me to be able to remove that link, other then that great watch! Would buy again!
