Easy to use site and fast shipping

Ordered the product easy enough but never any emails after that with change in status or tracking. I even emailed about the tracking info and didn't get a response. Packed "ok" and arrived safe but it could have used more material inside the box as there was none - vendor issue more than likely.

The product was dented but I was able to reshape it, all other experiences with the company were great especially considering how much of a discount I bought the product for

Product is great not too easy to install. Need a little heat from far away so far so good. It’s only been a week. Haven’t washed the car yet.

Quicker than expected shipping / delivery date.

Decent pricing and lots of good inventory, but customer service is sometimes a little scattered. Good experience overall though! A+

Solid company.

So, I initially placed an order and the package was not received. After notifying the representatives at Mod In Japan, they asked the usual questions (Did you ask neighbours, family members, etc.). After telling them that the package was nowhere to be found, they were able to open up a ticket with the shipping company for investigation. Investigation takes several business days, so I did not expect to receive a response right away. Tania was able to take care of me by sending a replacement for the product I had ordered. Shout out to Tania and Kenia for receiving my emails and assisting me with the issue. Patience with these types of situations/issues is key. Thank you again to Mod In Japan for helping me, I look forward to ordering more items from you guys. 🙏🏼
