It did not have any fittings in the box now I have to try and find the correct ones and sizes
Response from Mod in JapanNov 18, 2025
Hi Charlie, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear your kit arrived without the fittings you expected. The Nitrous System you ordered is designed to come as a complete kit from the manufacturer, and missing components are uncommon. It sounds like there may have been a packing oversight on their end, but we’re happy to help get this resolved quickly. Please email our team at [email protected] so we can figure out how to make this right for you. Thank you and we hope you give us another chance!

Response from Mod in JapanMar 24, 2025
Hi, we understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. According to the shipment tracking, your order was delivered on March 11. The delay occurred due to duties that needed to be paid upon delivery, as this was an international shipment. Unfortunately, this was beyond our control, but we truly appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

Missing delivery
After ordering four A052 tires, I only received two. It took me multiple calls to support to finally get help, at which point I was told to send emails. Been waiting a few days now for resolution. They are sending the other two but now I’ve missed the event I needed them for.
Response from Mod in JapanJun 12, 2024
Hello, we are very sorry for the customer service delays. Unfortunately, the shipping carrier lost the tires, and arranging a reorder is challenging due to balancing inventory management and coordinating with the shipping company to locate and deliver the lost shipment. As a small company, we strive to take care of our customers in a timely manner. If you decide to give us another chance in the future, we will do our best to serve you better next time.

I was under the impression that you guys had a storefront where I can check out parts and inventory. I was disappointed when it was just a warehouse / pick up location.

They required a signature upon delivery. According to fedex, it was requested my sender. I was out of town so I had to call, multiple times, to get them to drop it off at a near by location. This delayed delivery by 5 days. Overall a huge pain, but at least it was in stock.
Response from Mod in JapanApr 7, 2022
Hello Jorge, our apologies for the inconvenience, actually when it comes to deliveries that are insured anything that exceeds a certain dollar amount, FedEX requires signature required it is not optional and unfortunately they have this policy because if anything happens we are able to get you a replacement in the case of damage or lost packages. Hope you understand that this policy is based on FedEX's policies.
