I'm still not sure what is waiting to ship so I will email customer service however Emily did her best to assist me today.

As previously stated Emily was great, but I ordered in early April and still waiting for order. Items still in processing. She reassured me that she would "speed it up" so I would receive it for my vacation. I hope so!

Emily was great. I have been waiting so long for this order. I never received it and it never shipped it just stayed in process with no movement. Waiting on my refund and I will not use this company again. I was giving information that they were backed up because of Mother's Day I placed my order in the beginning of March. That did not sound right. I was given coupons for the inconvenience. But why would I order more things when I cannot get the first order. Waiting for my refund.
