My order came incomplete yet I was charged for the entire order. The two items that were missing were never shipped out. Two months later I'm still trying to return items and a refund. They just don't care about their customers... decent product but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Don't waste your time or money on their products. Spread the word!!!!

Very dissapointed, i bought 3 shiny Tops for wifes Birthday, spent £80. I'm not so sure they are any good as polishing cloths for the car! Be very careful.

Do not purchase from this company, the items look nothing like photos, trying to return items for refund is extremely difficult, they will credit your account not issue refund to your original payment method!! Absolutely avoid

I bought 3 bathing suits. I was supposed to get one free. They all qualified but modlily would not give me the extra. I bought 3 2 piece bathing suits for my vacation. I wore the blue one today at the beach. It changed color to green. I used another one yesterday. Neither fit quit right. They are too loose in the bottom part.

Ordered 3 dresses and a top which eventually arrived. Decided to return all but one. I don't have a printer and despite them saying on their return info that they can send a QR code, it seems that they cannot. Eventually I found somebody to print the label for me, I took it to the Post Office, label was defective. I then paid for my own label to return it Tracked 48 with a signature. It was delivered 2 days later but almost 4 weeks down the line they are saying it hasn't been received. Despite the fact there is a signature and a photo as proof of delivery. They are telling me to take it up with Royal Mail. But they clearly lost it after it was received by them. I have opened a PayPal dispute, hopefully it will decide in my favour otherwise I have lost almost £70. Avoid.

I ordered a top from this company, waited weeks for it and was told it had been delivered, when I looked on my account it said it had been delivered to an address that wasn't mine days before. Took me ages to get intouch with Modily to be told they would send a replacement out...Still waiting for that !!! Again contacted to be told its on its way...Still waiting , lets hope I get a refund !!!! Shocking Company. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGIAN.

I never received my order ...has been 4 months. No response to emails. Tracking number does not work...takes you to their site for placing orders. Do not order from this scam company! I will never get my money back.
