I’m glad low Fodmap meals are available, but am disappointed first, that so many of those are relatively high in fat, which is a common trigger for IBS. Second, I would like the meals to have less high processed ingredients.

For a Low FODMAP meal, the convenience is great. For variety, there are a number of good protein choices but the vegetable pairings are not as varied. I recommend Modify Health especially for those in Low FODMAP elimination phase to help food challenges be less stressful. Once foods are reintroduced, using Modify Health for convenience or during flairs is a nice convenience.

Customer care reps are very polite and helpful. They called me back promptly. The meals are consistently good. I really appreciate the occasional discount codes!

Excellent and timely responses from the Customer Care team members . I had most recently had problems logging into my account. It was "after hours" when I was trying so had to leave a VM message and also sent an e-mail in the "CONTACT US" link. I immediately received a response (3 e-mails) from the customer care team members indicating that there had been a problem with an upgrade and it was fixed the next day. They all did a wonderful job of immediate followup with me , which I truly appreciated.
