Perfectly planned AND TASTY food service
I love this food service! The meals are incredible. Tasty, well-portioned healthy sizes, easy to reheat, easy to clean up and recycle. I'm already seeing results in gut health and on the scale after 3 weeks of meals. Prices are good. Ordering is easy with reminders to update my order if I want to every week. Great selection. They do it all well from signing up to ordering, to delivery to eating the meals then clean up and recycling. I've never used a pre-packaged meal service before but Modify Health is perfect in every aspect that is important to me.

The food is good however it’s almost…
The food is good however it’s almost impossible to get the meal opened after heating it up. It takes forever to get the first order but then the second order comes so fast that I didn’t have time to taste test the meals

Low Fodmap Egg Breakfasts were not good.
Egg dishes for breakfast seem like they were made from powdered eggs in a large flat pan coming out dense without much flavor. I didn't like any of the Low Fodmap breakfasts. I liked about 50% of the dinners.

I love the food
I love the food. I just wish it was packaged like FACTOR . Easier to put the food on a plate and microwave. I don’t like microwaving in the plastic container

Kathleen, Thank you so much for the feedback and wonderful review. We highly recommend a sharp knife or a pair of well working kitchen scissors in order to get that package open. Rest assured though, all of our packaging from the ice packs to the meal trays and back to the boxes are 100% fully recyclable as well as food, people and environmentally safe. Our trays will not endanger you or your food. Your safety and health are always at the forefront of our operation.

Not bad
Some of the meals are delicious like the beef with mashed sweet potatoes and brown butter and the mahi mahi Romanesco but the steak and chicken dishes don’t appeal to me at all. Steak was tough and soggy at the same time. Chicken breasts are dry and pieces are gross with cartilage. Also the packaging is difficult to open. Would be impossible for someone with worse hands than me. Not too bad but needs some work. I do appreciate the FODMAP diet

We understand taste can be subjective, but we hear you. We've made a change in our chicken and are looking to upgrade our packaging for ease of access while keeping the meals safe and delicious! Please feel free to keep an eye out for the new packaging soon, but in the meantime we recommend a sharp knife or good pair of kitchen scissors. And if you enjoy the Braised Beef, give our Roasted Turkey meal a try... it is divine!

Oh my Gosh!
Omg! These meals are delicious! Perfect blend of taste and health consciousness. I will definitely be filling the freezer with these.
