Milton, All feedback is heard and appreciated so that we can continue to grow and improve the experience of all of our awesome customers. We have heard the concern with difficult-to-open packaging, and while we are working to revamp that, we appreciate that it is the best we've found yet to keep your meals as healthy and safe as possible during transit and storage. We recommend a sharp knife or a good pair of kitchen scissors in the meantime but please keep an eye out for the new packaging!

While the MONASH University app is not a product of ModifyHealth, we are glad to be in partnership with them to help provide an otherwise difficult program to follow on your own. We know the need is there and we want to make your life easier and healthier, always! Paul, We always appreciate customer feedback, so thank you. All of our meals are gluten-free, as organic as possible, and locally sourced with all farm-raised meats. In addition to this, we create meals that are a part of a very special need and difficult to shop for/put together, and the ease of having pre-made meals that cannot simply be purchased in a grocery store does add a bit to the cost of the meals. We like to think we are relatively well-priced compared to a lot of our competitors; however, we also offer something that very few do. We certainly hope to see you again in the future and that you stay well!
