The service is horrible! Food quality is mediocre at best but the real problem is getting to the food before and after it’s cooked. The plastic seal is so hard to peel back that I had to use pliers to expose most of the food and use scissors to cut the remainder. This was the case for three meals! The chicken dishes offer dry, very tough and tasteless chicken swimming in water. We cancelled after the first week. Poor product design and implementation. Don’t buy!
