OMG!! Finally I got my Reformer... its is absolutely BEAUTIFUL... took almost 4 weeks to get it but it was so worth it.......Customer service was great!! they always answered my questions and my emails... Reformer didn't come with Instructions of how to assemble it but we figure it out!!!!!!!!!!! -Thank you so much!!!!!

I have not been able to reach customer service in 2 weeks to install my new equipment. No one calls back. Kind of disappointing because the equipment is expensive. I’ll reconsider my review once it gets out of the box if I ever reach an employee.

We are very pleased with the service from Pilates Connector. As they said, the order delivered within a week without any hassle. Previously we used some local service but despite being online marketplace they are very genuine and communication was too good.
