I love the crib I bought. Assembly instructions were actually quite easy to follow. I did have a question about an alteration I needed to make. Customer Service was right on the ball and helped me thoroughly and exactly.Thank you so much.

I can't say enough about Tea and Modern Nursery. I bought the wrong size Goose and Tea was so helpful in getting me the smaller one. Such a wonderful company to deal with. I will definitely purchase from them again for all my baby gifts. Thanks again!

Tea is such a gem and we are glad you had such a positive experience! Most importantly we hope your little one absolutely loves their snuggly organic goose and will cherish it for years to come :)

We worked with Sasha through customer service at Modern Nursery when we ordered nursery furniture and Sasha was wonderful! Due to ice storms in the South, orders were slightly delayed, but Sasha kept us updated throughout the process. She was quick to respond (within 24 hours), provided us as many details as she had available, and just overall put us at ease. Even though our order was slightly delayed, the customer service provided really spoke to how much this company cares about their customers and we will be placing additional orders in the future from this company simply because we know we will be taken care of if any issues arise.

We are so glad that you were pleased with Sasha's service! Although we can't always control the weather, what we can do is always keep our customers informed and taken care of. Please do come back and utilize the rewards points you earned from your initial order! We love repeat customers and they make life long friends :)

We purchased a Vista 3v stroller set for twins with bassinets and all accoutrements! It cost about 60% of the price of a brand new 1974 Chevy impala with white Landau top and am/fm cassette and air conditioning($4400)! Delivered in days, all parts were fine. The twins will ride , sit and sleep in comfort.
Response from Modern NurseryAug 18, 2026
Hahaha! Gotta love your sense of humor! Congratulations on the twins and just know that this stroller puts the Impala to shame and your twins are very happy with your choice of investments! :)
