ModernmintReviews of modernmint.com

Do NOT order from Modern Mint! I, too, ordered the automatic branch scissors from them, but instead received a cheap pair of pruning shears Anyone could buy from their local Dollar Store. When I emailed them about the wrong item received, they told me that I checked off on a non-existent box requesting the cheap shears. Modern Mint should be shut down for deceiving potential buyers and for false advertising. I will report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Sadly, I can see why this company is getting these bad reviews! I ordered an item that was described and showed on the picture, but when it came it was a cheap and different version of what I ordered. They said I had to choose from this little box, (which I never saw). The item I got was a different item, cheaply made and yet I paid a big price for it. This company is adverting it's products fraudulently.

Well, I got caught, I did not read reviews. Ordered battery shears at $58.90 and received $5 hand clippers. So So bad this is becoming the norm for this country to rip us off. The sooner it changes the better. I see the rest of the world realizing this fact, let's get rid of these companies, manufacture our own products that we can respect and rely on and have some faith and trust. Make us a better world

If I could give it a zero I would!! Their Video ad on the Mintiml Crevice Weeding Hook popped up while I was on another site. It looked AMAZING!! I ordered as a gift for my husband on Father’s Day. I then saw what looked like the exact product on Amazon that was HALF the price! It didn’t arrive for six weeks! Unbeknownst to me it came from China! I’m sure now that it’s a very poorly manufactured ripoff. And when it did arrive it was a JOKE!! The box was crushed, small, and It was not what it looked like in the ad!! Not worth $2 and they’re charging about $79! Very small, no hook blade, no holder!! This is a SCAM. Do NOT order anything from this company!!! I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

Check site carefully - I checked wrong item and their Return policy is shipping to China warehouse on my dime. Cost to return is almost as much as overcharged price on site - I will stick with Amazon.com

I will never buy from them again. I spent $64. On a little piece of crap air cooler. The wait for shipping took forever. The product is a joke. Way way overpriced. Its rediculous. Never again. .

Do not purchase from this company !!! Order 3 balls for grandkids that they guarantee to be indestructible. They got to play with them for 3 hours and next morning all 3 were deflated. Thought they needed to be blown up each time but no, they all had hoes in them. They were $50 each Have tried to contact company several times with no response. No customer service. All reviews on their site are bogus ! Scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Was told to return the product to China for a refund according to the return policy. The price to ship was double what I paid for an inferior and damaged product. No help from customer service. So stupid of me to order through Shopify without knowing the company. It is a total sham. My first clue wsa the shipping address when I received a damaged product: Mary...City of INdustry, CA–really!
