When I first signed up for the program I was under the impression that when I purchased the "Done For You" program, it would be just that. Done for me in terms of getting my agency set up and ready to roll. I certainly didn't anticipate as much work on the front end from what was advertised at the beginning. I got to a point where I was ready to do everything in my power to get my money back, get out of the program, and never look back. I was completely put off by what I was experiencing. After a conversation with Jonathan, MM finance manager, I saw that MM had gone through the extra steps to really cover themselves within the contract. I was going to file a suit against them until I did the quick math on what it was going to cost me in lawyer fees. It's cheaper for me to potentially lose my money with MM rather than fight against a contract that I should have paid closer attention to in the first place. After all things above considered, I decided to reset my outlook on MM and put my best effort into recouping my $17,000 dollar investment rather than vacate the program. If you are still reading this review, there are ONLY 2 reasons I am still willing to give this a shot. 1. I invested way too much to just leave without getting my moneys worth 2. Carlos is hands down the best coach/employee that MM has. He should honestly be the guy running the entire show. If you happen to sign up for this program and you get Carlos, you better listen up and pay attention. If I am going to make anything of this situation I've gotten myself into, it's because of Carlos Herrera. He DESERVES a 5 star review, no doubt about it. But this review is labeled as "Modern Millionaires", they don't. Be extra mindful of your personal situation, your free time, your finances, and if nothing else, read the freaking contract WITH an attorney before you sign anything.

Well the program is great. Follow the steps and the rest is up to you. Ask others in the program for help, very helpful community and supportive as well.

Hello, I first want to say that I believe in the system. However, when speaking to Wahaj, he explained that the Done for You program, is just that, done for you. That a team will be building out your business, that contacts and sales will be done by my team. I didn't believe it but moved forward because I can see the potential. Right when I was ready to hand over my card to pay, I asked him again and again got the same answer. This is not good and it should not be called a Done For You program. Also, I entered a large group that was already 3 weeks ahead of me. I work full time so am still playing catchup. Brian and Jason are very good at helping all of us, but there are also too many people for one group and there are not enough tech team members. There have been delays for almost everything and not due to Jason and Brian. Logos have taken a long time and the initial quality was poor. Other tech members should be doing the Demo's because many are still not done, mine included. A full tech team should be going into each student's Leadific account to check for tweaks needed instead of Jason and Brian because while they know the systems inside and out, they must be exhausted with the long zoom calls, training on and then tweaking everyone's leadific accounts and running their own businesses. You need more support staff in my opinion.

I purchased/joined MM four months ago. A little disillusioned now. There's a major "guru" vibe within the course and the FB group that's kind of a turn off, though they do know what they're talking about and the systems do work. I appreciate how much effort has gone into the creation of Modern Millionaires, and the software we have access to is really great. However, you should be prepared in advance to be pitched on more and more and more services - all with fixed costs (like, right out of the gate say NO to their legal/business credit setup services and google what you need to know to set up a business entity). In typical "guru" fashion, MM is providing a necessary training and service - but they're definitely chiefly interested in taking your money. Aside from the purchase costs of MM, my current monthly fixed costs are about $800/mo with all the additional software pieces I've had to subscribe to (not including any ad spend for my agency). These software subscriptions are necessary to make the agency systems flow seamlessly, but you should know before you start that MM will not be the only thing to pay for if you're serious about starting up your own agency. Wipe the glitter out of your eyes and hear me when I say that what is promised by MM is only achievable if you are 1st: Good at SALES, and 2nd: Have a Head for TECHNOLOGY. Both of these can be learned, but you must know yourself and your own temperament before purchasing, because lots of people have come into the group without a willingness to learn these two required skill sets and they really struggle. One last thing: MM has grown a lot in a short time. There are many students to serve with beginner questions, so you might feel ignored or even silenced at times. Give it time and be patient. They do answer, and they are helpful, but things won't happen quite as fast as you might expect. I asked for some Done-For-You (DFY) services to put together my first landing page and ad campaign, and it's taken six weeks from payment for them to deliver. Just set your expectations accordingly and you'll be fine. There's a lot of hype by MM around the students who shoot into extraordinary success right out of the gate, but for most students (and myself) it takes several months to feel you have enough knowledge to secure your first client. Aim as high as you can, but give yourself grace and know that your learning curve isn't going to be the same as anyone else's.

The price should be more like 2-3k. With so many courses out there, many people are just exploring and learning and it's not highly likely they will stick with that one approach to business. 5-6k is a big investment. I enjoyed learning the material, but until you go through the course you can't know if you are going to really vibe with the business model, etc. 1997 or 2000 is more what it's worth, and gives people the chance to learn and then move forward to something that is better suited for them. I felt it was too easy to get into the program with no prior knowledge of the business. You need to leave more room for people to explore and learn if it is right for them before charging 6k. If you want to charge 6k, then you should be 1:1 with them, I feel. If you're offering an online course with a facebook community, then 2k is a good price. Thank you kindly

The Facebook group is not enough to equip everyone on the business. There should be another close guide for every new intake that cannot afford to pay for another service when he or she is struggling.
