I'm incredibly disappointed. The program & business model itself seem like a viable option for non-disabled people, but this course was not created with disabled people in mind, and therefore prevents disabled people from being able to create a business in the proposed way & actively harms disabled people by not being clear about skills needed upfront (but of course Chase & Abdul positioned this as the type of thing anyone can do, which means now I'm just out $7k, which is a h*ll of a lot of money for a disabled person who only makes 10-16k per year). Plus, they've been relatively unresponsive when I've asked for a little bit of mercy so I can keep a roof over my head. As far as specifics go: - There are no subtitles on any of the course videos. - Many of the videos are rushed & not explained thoroughly. - There are very minimal written instructions. - The content within the videos are not well-organized & could greatly benefit from onscreen text showing an outline of the video's content. - If I had known that phone calls were necessary to make any sort of money, I never would've bought into the program, because I have auditory processing disorder (on top of being autistic) which makes phone calls near impossible. - When I reached out to them, I got a response from a "student success coach" on their team five days later who basically just told me to post in the facebook group again (which I had already done multiple times) and to just "stay positive," which - let me tell you - I can absolutely promise is not going to fix my auditory processing disorder. - The "student success coach" told me she had forwarded my email to Chance & Abdul, but I still haven't heard back from them, and it's been three weeks. - And on top of all this (not disability specific), the videos are simply bad quality & it seems like they just sat down at their computer & turned the webcam on without put any thought or care into how they presented the information in this course.

Man it just wasn’t for me and I’m still paying for it 320 automatically comes out of my account every month sucks and now I’ve given up on it cause it’s a lot harder than it looks from the info they give you.

Even though the payment plan is very convenient and flexible, the content that is provided is very vague. In order to seek out help it’s comes at a price to speak with someone while still paying or having paid the cost of the program. Unfortunately I put my savings into this and still haven’t seen a return, I’m not the only buyer that has been through this. So I would NOT be recommending or using this program going forward.

It was hard to figure out the computer basics to use your program.i kept failing to access your meetings and I had no one to ask for help. Your initial screener accepted me into the program even though I did not have excess funds to work the program. He should have rejected me. So I never got to first base and quit.

Having to pay for help while being a member, and while having to pay for softwares if one doesn’t land a client before two weeks. Help getting at least the first client should come with the incentive of MM membership. This is a business, if mentors really want to capitalise of of students success they would contract an agreement to receive a percentage from the students success making the students business a residual percentage making it their business as well. But students must see an agreed minimum amount of success.

There was not complete transparency in the amount of money you'll need to invest out of pocket. You have to invest money to use this service. You will pay for the tuition and on top of that you need money to pay for the software and also to set up your LLC. So unless you have about 5k to invest right away, you won't be successful. This service works, but the lack of transparency and the ethics behind what digital marketing actually is, is not for everybody.

I believe that if a candidate has issues with starting business then they should be refunded. I also feel talking to a candidate and feeling out issues concerns are prime aspects assuring in not just pre qualifying with questions such as time dedication and commitment needed. So if a candidate has not even started and has been few mo this then he/she must be refunded all amounts paid.

I feel much regret for purchasing this training program. I think maybe there should be a cheaper version for people to get an introduction to what this business model entails get their feet wet, per se. I made a huge investment in something I will not use. Its not a bash on Chance and Abdul, because they are great and clearly successful teachers/mentors in this business. But the intro video that got me hooked didnt include enough info. It was a successful lure to get people in but I feel you should offer a 1 month conditional period where people can drop the program if it is not a good fit and get a reimbursement on their cost. Or offer a cheaper intro course rather than a 5$ commercial which is what I bought as an intro. That 5$ intro was a total Scam!
