Something seems wrong with this store. I'm not convinced it is legit. I placed my order, they gave me a timeframe, then nothing arrived and they have ignored my emails. Now I have to work things out with my credit card company I suppose...

If you value your time, stay far away from this company. I was promised my painting in 2–3 weeks. After 4 weeks of silence, I finally reached someone on a Friday—the owner himself—who told me the painting was “ready” but stuck in a warehouse that had closed 30 seconds earlier. He knew I needed it urgently for an event, but simply didn’t care. Apparently the warehouse stayed closed for another week. After 5 weeks, they decided I could pick it up—after it was worthless to me. Still waiting for a basic apology

They were great to work with– framed two giant Andy Warhol posters for an office. Quick turnaround and great quality. Thanks!

Never arrived. Called twice, used their chat twice, emailed twice and then finally had a reply over text with one line saying ‘Hey we have this I’m sorry there was an error’. No idea what it meant and wanted a refund (with no product). I have nothing. Had to chase and chase to get ‘Looking in to this’, not helpful, then got a refund. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please please please do not use this company.

Im only giving 1 star since 0 is not an option. The frames are extremely cheap with plexiglass not real glass. And very cheap wood. All 4 frames were chipped or scratched. Customer service is impossible to deal with.

I do not recommend. I placed an order on November 18th. Today is December 6th. It should be shipped 2 to 7 business days after order. When I contact customer service, they don’t give any response

Haven't received order placed on Jan. 17. Other reviews indicate that this is normal for this company. I will wait until Mar. 3, 2022. If no delivery in good condition by then, Amex payment will be canceled. Mel Byars
The owner of a broken F.
It took over 6 weeks from the order to receive the product. Modern Memory would not answer their phone, return my emails or texts, or return my messages when I inquired about status. When the frame finally arrived, it had been damaged in transit; the plastic was broken and the frame was chipped/cracked in three places. I texted Modern Memory and sent pictures. They said they would send me a replacement frame, but they have not done so (over three months later) and will not respond to calls, texts, or emails. Beware!
