I never received the order I made on 1 January 2021, three months ago. The support team answered until 23 february and then desappeared. Don't trust this Company

Extremely bad experience. I ordered the product in November, after more than 4 months I didn't receive anything. I got in touch with the support multiple times and all I was getting was "we're working on the issue, there was delays due to the pandemic, and so on". As of March, 26th I still didn't receive anything. Do not buy here if you don't want to waste your money.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has essentially stolen from me. I ordered a tap over 2months ago which has not been shipped. They sent me another confirmation of order email last week. They never reply to emails. They are just a terrible company and I regret ever buying from them. I genuinely feel robbed. I have requested a refund many many times and no one has replied. I have never been so disappointed. Please avoid at all costs

I had a great experience with Build Modern. I ordered my Signature Smart Faucet and received it in 4 days! Installation was super easy which I did myself and the touch feature is very responsive.
