Highly recommend Heather with Modern Travelworks! Our first time using a travel agent and she was easy to work with. Understood and met our needs and wants. Hurricane passed the area we were traveling to and she kept communicating with us on any updates. We enjoyed our trip to Playa Aventuras and the resort was wonderful! Can’t wait to use her services for our next trip!! Thank you!

Sheba definitely helped us out, I had a bunch of questions still do and she always hops on the phone and answers them all literally the best agent 💪🏽!!!

Very easy to deal with . Excellent communication.

I originally booked with Sheba for my best friends wedding in Mexico but unfortunately I was unable to attend. But Sheba was there to save the day! I am not the most organized or on time person so working with me probably wasn’t easy, but she was right there the whole way to help me with all my questions and concerns. If you are looking for a travel agent you can’t go wrong with Sheba

We booked a trip for our Christmas and my birthday for December 2024. Our travel agent is Sheba Matthew’s. The booking process was so smooth and easy. She was referred to me by a friend who has used her on several occasions and has raved how wonderful she is. I was not disappointed. She is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. She will be our agent for years to come and I’m going to refer everyone I know to her. Keep up the good work Sheba.

We recently had the most incredible time at my nephew’s wedding destination. The resort truly caters to everyone, ensuring a memorable experience for all ages. The little ones had an absolute blast! From beach adventures to fun activities.cThe teenagers found their groove with music, beach vibes, and exciting activities. Whether it was dancing the night away, unwinding by the beach, or indulging in spa treatments, the adults reveled in relaxation. Sometimes, we even sneaked off to the serene adult swimming pool. The water was refreshing, and the atmosphere was pure bliss. The resort promises an unforgettable experience. You’ll have a blast! Que lo disfruten!

Heather was a huge help to us on our trip to Dominican Republic. Knowledgeable professional who provided great input for the trip and put us in a very nice resort. Great communication and timely follow up to all our questions / concerns...very helpful. Will use again!

I normally never used a travel agency to book my family vacations, but I had the opportunity to work with Sheba Mathews “Modern Travel”,and now she handles all of our family vacations. Thank You Sheba Mathew’s for always taking care of my daughters and I.
