Austin from travel works has been very clear and precise with helping me. Making sure I am updated on things I might forget. Making sure I am ready to go and taken care of

My experience working with Sheba Mathews has been great. She made the process of planning a group trip for my birthday stress free. She was flexible and creative in finding a solution once given my requests. The payment collection process was also very smooth. I would work with her again in the future.

David Feldschau what more can I say he went above and beyond making the trip to Cancun very enjoyable. He would always answer our emails promptly and made sure for us to know how to get to our amstar pickup would recommend booking with him as he will make sure everything will go smoothly will book future trips with him

Working with David was a plus; I would definitely recommend working with him; he was always available. The resort was great but I was not fond of the lack of availability of what the resort provided; yes, it was the off season, but the price was not; lack of food/restaurant choices; also the constant solicitation got to be unbearable; also, the deposit upon arrival to the hotel was a surprise, especially after all the money spent for the vacation. Very grateful for the transportation but there needs to be a better system in place between Amstar and the drivers; one guy just came and grabbed my bags and an Amstar employee had to confront the guy to let go of my luggage; I had never been to Jamaica, so I had no clue what to expect. The Amstar drivers need distinctive shirts also. The Mobay experience was giving everything it needed to give. Overall, the resort was ok, for the money, should of been a lot better. The customer service was good, even though I did not see my personal concierge for 2 days.

David Feldschau and his team made our vacation so easy and enjoyable. We 100% suggest using him to book your next vacation.

Anna Duran - Senior Travel Advisor, booked us an amazing trip to Ireland. She gave us many options to choose from, flights, hotels, car services, excursions. She worked her back-end off getting everything we wished for. Anna (and Modern Travelworks of course) get’s a 10 in our books. Our trip was better than we hoped for. She was so good to us that we have booked another vacation with her already. Thank’s Anna and Modern Travelworks!!!!

My family and I took a trip to the Dominican Republic. We worked with Austin on setting everything up and he was amazing ! He took care of it all, had answers to all my questions, and even checked in to make sure we had everything. This was probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had and I will make sure to book with Austin for future vacations! Thank you so much !

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sheba and I can’t recommend them ENOUGH! She booked our vacation to Belize, from start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free. She took the time to understand my travel preferences and budget. She handled all the arrangements, from flights and accommodations and transportation, ensuring everything was smooth sailing as soon as we got to Belize City and then to San Pedro! Sheba was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend Sheba’s services to anyone looking for a hassle-free and expertly planned trip. I will definitely be using their services for my future travels!
