I was so scared when I read the reviews. Even though it took two 1/2 weeks to arrive. I'm very satisfied with the products and packaging. I purchased over $200 plus and got my money's worth! The company should update their contact link, tracking number, and an 800 number so they can get more satisfying customers!

I've got my package in 3 weeks, the packaging itself could be better - the nail polish set boxes don't look very presentable, but all polishes arrived whole and weren't damaged anyhow. I've got a not working tracking link and wrote to customer support, the responded in 1 day and gave me a new working link. Overall I am pleased with the service and products

I had a good experience. I ordered 2 packages the first package was a little late 2-3 week but the second took four days I order dip powders and multiple 28 grams colored acrylic. The packaging is super bomb and no spills or tears I will be ordering more items in the future.
