Love everything but the cost of shipping . 12.99 seems steep for 2 small items . I could have bought another poly gel with that .

It takes almost a month to get your order but I have ordered a few times from them and feel it’s worth the wait. Their products are decent quality and very cheaply priced compared to other companies that sell similar items. Will definitely buy from them again

I Got my product with no problem I ordered through Amazon and it arrived early then expected I was nervous to see the reviews I still have not tried the product yet So far so good😁

I would give a 5 star rating IF this was made in the USA! After placing my second order I received my tracking number only to find out it was shipping from CHINA! Even though I LOVE the dip powder as well as other products, I will not be ordering anymore!

I ordered some dip powder off of the Modelones website (NOT AMAZON). I saw some reviews after i ordered and was a little nervous. I ordered on 11/8 and my package came with everything i ordered on 11/28!! No issues at all. Very pleased. I used the long tracking number from the order confirmation and downloaded the 17Track app which let me track my package the whole way. Ive never used dip before, but I definitely recommend using 3-4 coats. Some nails i did 2 coats and they are cracking after 4 days but the 4-coat nails are still perfect! Overall i think its great for the price!

So after reading all the reviews I was sooo scared about what was gonna happen with my package, I spent $85 and as a student this was a lot of money to spend for me and with the risk of it not showing I was very worried. I ordered on the 23rd of August 2020 and it arrived today on the 18/09/2020 which was quite fast considering I live in New Zealand and its during covid-19. I just want to say if you order then the items are smaller then they look so maybe buy a little more than what you think you need if you don't want to do a second order anytime soon. All my items arrived, none were damaged and they look great. They gave me a tracking link to some place which was called 17track which I couldn't figure out how to use so I messaged customer services and they were amazing and really nice and gave me a link to sunyou tracking which worked for me. I have yet to try the product but it is a great way to save money rather than buying from amazon (I can not buy from there because I live in NZ). Only thing to note is it comes in a bag which is made of bubble wrap kinda rather than a box but all my items were fine so yeah. If you are worried because of other reviews then hopefully this makes you feel a little better.

I placed my order and got it a week and a half later ! I was pleased about that. I opened my package and there was no free gift according to them worth $9.99. Not sure if they ran out of the “free gifts” or whoever packed it forgot to put it in ..?! I emailed them and they actually refunded me $9.99 . I was please with the service. The products are good and the lamp I ordered seems to work ok.

I read some very bad reviews & that made me very anxious about ordering from Modelones, I was worried I was going to be waiting 3 months for my package or not receiving it AT ALL! Not only did the reviews make me worried, the tracking number they sent me for my order was “invalid” so I basically couldn’t track my order at all! This caused me to contact customer service which was a very good choice! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT 💕 they got back to me with my correct tracking number in less than an hour which really took the weight off of my back since I could see every destination my order stopped at on the way to its destination! Shipping takes about 2 weeks & I definitely advise anyone who is having problems with any of the service to immediately contact customer service via email. If you want to know your order is guaranteed , you can order all Modelones products off amazon but you get so much great deals on the website! My order should be in about tomorrow so I am very excited to review the products and see how everything works!
