I placed my first order with hesitation from reading so many poor reviews on this company. I fortunately received my order in a timely manner and was very satisfied. So satisfied that I placed a second order. That order was placed OVER two months ago and I have been arguing with the company ever since. They have stated that the order was delivered when I have attempted to find out where my product is, but then the same company sends me a notice that my order is about to be shipped? All I want is a refund and I can’t even get that. Disappointing and poor business practices, and customer service.

I used Modelones gel base coat and top coat and suffered a sever reaction on the skin from my nail bed to knuckles. Big, painful purple blisters developed and had to get an urgent Dr. appointment for treatment. DO NOT USE

Definitely would not order from this place I have been waiting for few weeks no tracking number or a way to contact them never again will I order from this place

This company is a joke been waiting for my items for 2 months! “Tracking number” which I think is fake shows it’s been sitting in California for 34 days really makes no sense I been trying to get my money back && of course they can’t refund me because the items already shipped

I ordered a good amount of product and received a email and text a couple of days later but after that haven’t t heard anything else; sent a email no one had responded. Customer service is terrible. I want what I bought or my money back.

I'm not sure how they got a 2.5 on this site. Modelones is a horrible company. I have been waiting for my order for three months now and they give me a bogus site to check my tracking on called 17track.net and tell me its DHL. I have been on the phone with DHL and they have no idea what the tracking number is and the woman felt bad for me and told me that this company does this a lot. Please do NOT order from Modelones, the money you save is not worth the headache.

If there was a star rating of zero, I would have picked it. A rating of 1 is generous. I paid my money 14 weeks ago, no goods, no refund as promised, no answers to emails. Customer service is ridiculously poor. Every question I ask, they respond with (my non-existent) tracking number. 14 weeks for false nails, false promises and false commitments. Please do not give these charlatans your money.

I ordered my polygel nail kit over 50 days ago, I realised with covid restrictions that there would be delays. After one month I sent an email asking if my order had been dispatched. A few days later I received an email saying that it had been dispatched a would arrive within a month. I was then given a tracking number for DHL? Which had no record of my order. After about a week I emailed them again and they gave me a link to another tracking company and according to them it’s been in transit ever since. It’s been over 2 months since I’ve ordered. Customer service are clearly trying to do their jobs and are being told to tell people that orders will arrive soon, but over 2 months without any accurate information?? If you have the option, buy from amazon
