So I am taking back my positive review that I had on this site instead you have a terrible on now if I could give it no stars I would. I had 2 good experiences ordering with this company and then I put another order in December 5th and spend $370AUD on an order! Not just a little bit alot of money! All I have is problems. My package was apparently sent in 2 different lots as some was on back order so this first package came to Australia and then was sent back to Germany from that somehow my address went from Australia to America, so I contacted them over email AGAIN and was told that I needed to check on my side to make sure they weren't lost once they got here. So which I did Australian post said they seen that it came here and then got sent back to Germany and the second parcel they had no tracking information/ they never received it in Australia. So from that I send the emails I had received to show them that it was lost over seas to which I was then told I could have a full refund to which I said yes. From this the accounting team were on spring break so would do the refund once returned. I have lost count to how many times I have emailed modelones to now they are completely ignoring me. Bit of advice modelones maybe instead of sending all your products to youtubers maybe try a bit bloody better with your customers who are actually spending the money on your products not getting them for free. Now I have contacted my bank to get them to put a dispute. So fingers crossed they might have more luck dealing with this scam of a site!

This is my second time ordering from Modelones. The first time was really nice, everything arrived before the arrival date. Unfortunately my polygel kit with dried flowers was missing. I emailed them about it and they told me that they would refund the missing item because they couldn't send it again. I would 'take too long'.They replied so fast that I complimented them on it. So I had to order a second time just to get my polygel. I live in Europe so shipping costs are through the roof if you don't order above $50. Second time ordering is a disaster. I ordered a bunch of products on the 29th of October. It arrived at the destination country about two weeks after that. My package has been stuck somewhere due to a problem in the address. I contacted DHL and they told me twice to go to Modelones to get them to start an investigation. When I emailed Modelones the first time, they told me they received a lot of emails and they would come back to me in 72 hours. 4 days later, still didn't hear anything! I emailed them and they said I should contact DHL to claim my package. I did but DHL said Modelones had to start an investigation. So I emailed them back, they responded in a day. With the same goddamn answer as last time, I practically begged them to contact DHL and they completely dismissed it. This was really the last time I ordered there. I sincerely hope that my package is going to arrive.

My Daughter ordered this product and after applying it, she had a severe allergic reaction. Blisters formed around the fingers (like burn marks) and the hands began to swell. Had to remove all the nails and washed hands and apply steroid antibiotics to help with the allergy. I would not recommend this product.

If I could I would leave negative 5 stars. I ordered the starter kit with 4 extra colors as part of a buy one get one free. First issue they sent the exact opposite of colors, I ordered red based colors and received greys and blues, then I never received the extra four I purchased. I emailed support they completely disregarded the fact my entire order was wrong and offered 8 dollars on an order totaling over 36. The buy one get one frees were 15$ alone. I asked about getting my money back and sending the product back they stopped answering me. I will never order anything from Model Ones again. Very discouraged and disappointed.

I will never order from them again! It’s been a month since I placed my order. I sent many emails. They first said some of the items were out of stock. Then they said it was shipped. So I wanted the tracking number and it was never actually shipped?!?!?! Once again some of it was out of stock, and did I want them to send what they have and refund me for the rest? Well it’s an entire acrylic set. So I told them I wanted them to put a different color in and give me part of my money back. Haven’t heard back from them since that email. I spent a whole lot of money, and I’m so mad that this happened. It was my first time ordering through them. A awful experience and I’ll never order through them again!

Do not buy from Modelones! Their shipping policy states that they use DHL for international shipping but they don't! They use sypost who are the most ineffiecient shipper I have ever dealt with. When I asked Modelones to follow up on my order as I wasnt getting a response they told me to call the transporter myself and they cant help me.. Surely they should follow up on orders sent to customers and not just shrug off the responsibility because they have made their money, they will never get another order from me!!!!!

I had just recently bought $42 worth of a nude dip nail set from this set over 3 weeks ago. Not only did I not receive ANY notifications regarding my shipment, but when I just recently went to go check my purchase, the tracking number could NOT be found. I emailed the company and tried to get a refund and they have yet to do so. I am BEYOND livid and upset. Do not buy from this company whatsoever.

Terrible customer service. They won’t answer my questions with a yes or no. I’ve been tying to do a return and literally they don’t answer my questions and just use templates as a roundabout way to prevent me from returning their crap, which I also have to pay the return shipping for. I don’t mind paying for return shipping but the least you can do is make the return process easy. I’ve been emailing them for over 4 days. The quality of the stuff on the website is terrible if you’re going to buy from them buy it on amazon because amazon has a great return policy in case the quality is crap like all my items were. Also if you’re curious buy the sets because the quality and price is much better. The individual gel polishes come in cheap black plastic packaging instead of the standard glass bottles that basically all nail polish comes in. Also, none of the marketing images match the color you’re actually getting, so look at the reviews for pictures and if there are none don’t buy it. The poly gel tubes come all scratched up and look like they’re old stock. If they weren’t sealed with foil, I would've assumed they was used. I don’t think they’re going to refund me so I’m leaving this review so that others don’t make the mistake I did.
