DON’T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME!!! I placed a order back in July 2020 & never received it. Upon contacting their customer support on multiple occasions as to the whereabouts of my items I had ordered they kept wasting my time giving me the run around & dodging questions about the specific order I was looking for. They wanted me to run around contacting my local post handlers because they kept losing my resends of the items I purchased. Upon getting in contact with my local post handlers they gave me the details that my items never made it into Australia. Now in January 2021 they’ve decided to give me a refund for everything i purchased because they couldn’t compensate me for another resend of a parcel they failed to deliver in the 1st place. Shop elsewhere! Yes it’s cheap but in all honesty you’re better off shopping on wish, eBay or Amazon.

I know now the products are coming from China which if I would’ve known at the time of the order I would’ve just ordered somewhere else because of the wait time, but dang I get stuff from Wish faster than what I do with this company... over a month now and I am still being hopeful

DO NOT ORDER FROM MODELONES. I placed an order on December 8, 2020 and I still HAVE NOT received my order. I emailed Modelones customer service and they didn't have the decency to reply. I couldn't find a phone number for them. This order was for a gift and I was left hanging. I am now forced to call my bank to get my money back. I WOULD HAVE CHECKED A NO STAR RATING BUT THAT WASN'T AN OPTION!

Have been waitin two months for order and company will not reply to my emails. Wondering if it’s even a legitimate company or pure scam

Update - 2 received a refund, item lost read below for the full story. avoid if you can, dodgy company ________________________ UPDATE - 1 it is now December 22nd. customer service is a joke, telling me to contact Australia post myself, i let them know that Australia post will only speak with the SENDER not the customer. they said to me that it is just because of covid. almost 3 months is not right, I've received items from America in 14 days. I keep getting advertising in my chat window with Modelones and no reply about the issue when someone does reply they have not read the conversation and tells me the same thing. I have given up hope on getting my order for Christmas, the Shipping hasn't moved since November 14th. _____________________________________ I purchased my order on the 20th of October, it is now the 3rd of December and nothing. For starters I purchased with Modelones partly because it said they were in my Country Australia using an Australian URL and site, with free postage after i spent X amount because it was inter state, I checked the tracking for starters it was sent from China (lie #1), using the tracking number i checked DHL's site and it said that the number is not with them, so they don't ship with DHL (lie #2) i started to look with generic tracking number sites like 17track and it let me know the item went from China to Germany (opposite side of the globe). I reached out to them on facebook and the informed me that the carrier they use have to have all items go to their sorting facility in Germany before sending them out, they did not disclose this on their site regarding shipping times (lie #3). checking the tracking today on the 9th of November it claims that it arrived on a plane in Australia, and then on the 14th its still in Frankfurt Germany. I have reached out to Modelones again to ask what is going on and all have received as replies is automated sale posts for black Friday. I just wanted to give them a go from my normal Nail powder store, and my god the regret. DO NOT BUY FROM MODELONES IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

I ordered a set of supplies but was disappointed to find that half the bottles, which I'd not ever opened, were solid - all dried up. Now I can't use the rest of my dip powder. After reading about the horrible customer service experiences, I'm not going to get my hopes up. I won't be ordering again. I'll stick to Color Street.

DO NOT BUY...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. ROBOTS...NO TRACKING.. I ordered products, I thought was Canada.. Canada post knows nothing, they said its probably on a boat...I have being texting like crazy, asking for refunds, I started contact with them because I saw the reviews a little to late...I would of ordered on wish or Aliexpress if I would of known it was CHINA THESE GUYS SUCK It is now December 23 and I still have nothing...And no refund..

placed an order 07/11 its now been a month and has not arrived - I know with covid & Christmas it is taking longer which is fine but the tracing number dosnt seem to work & I have now emailed them 3 time & tried contacting them via Instagram & have not had one single response from Modelones.. its not that hard to respond to an email!
