Stold my money! Never received my package and I can’t get a refund! Don’t order from here

If I had the option to choose zero I would. I Placed an order in November of 2020. My order got stuck in Greenwood IN. I have email and emailed Modelones and they keep giving me the same message. I called USPS and they don't know where the package is. I requested my money back. Through email Modelones asked for proof where I contacted USPS. I sent it to them via email and told them I wanted my money back. Got an email say they would refund my money back to my card. Now today they are saying they are showing it in Greenwood IN the same place it's been since it was shipped in November and they can't refund my money. I will never order from them ever again and am looking for other placed to report them. They have stolen my money.

This company is garbage I have the same problem but I was actually talking to a real person through email who kept telling me my package was late because I item in my order was not available I told them to cancel that item and send the rest I have clients I spent well over $100 and I don't think I will see any of that back or any products I'm confused are these peope who have there products on amazon because I ordered some top and bass coat which came fine on same-day because I have prime I was wondering are these people ripping off another company ?

I placed two orders over $50 each as there were supposed to include "free gifts"...which I did not receive (6w UV lamp) Nor did I receive some of the product I paid for. I emailed them several times (bc there is no customer service phone #) I also patiently waited about 2 months for my product to arrive. I will never order from them again. To date Modelone has NOT tried to resolve the issue. M. Pierce

I have ordered from Modelones previously 3 times before and while it took a little like a month I didn’t have any issues. 4th time, it arrived 3 months later!! I thought it was lost for good, and the website they linked for tracking information was a dead end and didn’t tell me anything. Tracking info provided is also misinformation, says it goes through DHL and that’s a half lie, the majority of the time it goes through Sypost and then gets transferred to DHL later on as I found out from researching. When the package finally arrived, the Polygels had been just thrown in a thin bubble wrap bag that was not sealed and so the polygels had been burst open, tubes literally cracked and popped and sticky gel was all in my package. I provided the photos and info needed for a refund and it took awhile of back and forth and then they finally promised a refund for those tubes. I still am yet to receive the refund. I actually have had to make a PayPal claim which they still haven’t responded to yet. No responsibility on their behalf just empty promises. Never ordering again.

Terrible customer service just keep repeating the same emails that don’t answer your query. Parcel has now been missing for over a month have had confirmation from the main sorting centre in the UK advising it hasn’t arrived. They still won’t refund me or resend the items order, just advise to keep waiting due to COVID. I have had zero issue with any other parcel I have ordered in the last month from overseas they have all arrived on time no problems.

Awful company i ordered from their actual website and ive not recieved my parcel its been about 7 weeks and the rubbish tracking says it hasnt even left china ! never ever again!! the company support kept making me chase them with wishy washy emails and now they wont respond to my emails!!

Every single order I have placed with this company they have managed to not only take forever but would eventually not send half the order. Claiming that the items were out of stock. Um.. maybe if this company fulfilled an order in less then a month... maybe my items would still be in stock. Seriously horrible company!
