They didn’t send me a return label as…
They didn’t send me a return label as promised with the purchase. I called they told me it will take 5 days to email me a return label which I didn’t receive until 3 days prior the time limit I had to return the dress. I would never purchase anything more from this company. They’re dishonest. Now I’m stuck with a dress I cannot wear because and cannot return.

Hello Melody. As per our refund policy, all return for refunds are within 14 days from the delivery of your order. You contacted us 14 days after your delivery, in which a free return label was sent to you via email on same day you called in. We followed up with an email on November 2nd giving you a gentle reminder regarding the deadline for the return. We have yet to get any communication or the dress within the given time which is now over 30 days. Sorry you didn’t get the chance to return it on time.
