Package still hasn't arrived and I ordered nearly a month ago.
Response from Model MannequinMar 1, 2024
Hello Amanda, Again, our sincere apologies for the unforeseen delays. As highlighted in the email we sent on Sunday, the product ordered is an imported item. As it was processed during the overseas spring holidays, shipping times can slightly vary. In your case, between the holidays, and the effects of the recent weather conditions (currently shown on USPS website), this has caused a delay for delivery, which we are unfortunately not in control of. As a goodwill gesture, in the email we offered a reimbursement of the cost of your order to be refunded upon delivery as an appreciation of your patience, therefore we are disappointed to see this review thereafter. Please refer back to that email we have sent you regarding all the above updates, as you will see your package is out for delivery today.
