Regarding delivery times, as stated on our website, orders are shipped within 3 business days, with delivery typically taking place within 10 business days thereafter. After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was shipped the day after it was placed and delivered within the timeframe outlined in our shipping policy. Sorry to hear the shaper did not feel good when worn, that typically means the incorrect size may have been ordered. We give all our customers the opportunity to exchange for an alternative size or product within 14 days of your delivery date.
