I had to cancel my order pretty late—they were very good about it and refunded immediately. Talked to a real human very quickly. Thanks, will shop again!

great service

I needed to buy specific cables for my 10+ year old power supply. Carrie helped me out with buying the right products. Eric double checked with me to make sure it was for the right power supply. Definitely buying from them again in the future. Thank you! Best Regards Wes from Ray White Blackburn.

Quick shipping, help customer service! Quick response whenever I have asked a quesion.

Great customer service and they were so helpful when I kept forgetting things to add to my order. Plus there’s just not that many trusted places to buy the kind of miscellaneous PC parts that are hard to find elsewhere.

Easy shopping experience and quick customer service when needed to update an existing order.

Very smooth from an e-commerce/transactional perspective. Great range of products. Exceptional service through the chat function. Carrie helped out straight away. I also appreciate the ability to add additional products to orders that have not been dispatched - good solution that other online retailers should all adopt!

easy to chat with, guided me with my custom cables!
