Read everything on website related to shipping prior to purchase, even with covid delays it was expected in two weeks for most instances. I needed this 90 degree adapter so heatsink fits in itx build and needed asap and figured this quicker than ordering direct from China via Aliexpress. It took two weeks for the order to leave Hong Kong and an additional month now and still no tracking update. Since then I have ordered two things from China via ebay and Aliexpress both of which have already arrived via air shipment, speedpak and ems epacket, no additional charge, one of which was under two weeks. Customer support now alleges due to covid flights to my country have been grounded forcing long freight delays, which is clearly a lie and I proved it to him, and he is adamant it is impossible from Hong Kong when the packages I got were from there. Do not urinate on my back and tell me it is raining. Order direct from China and save 95% of your money and get the item faster is the bottom line. Moddiy ships to you as cheap as possible and hide behind covid to justify it. It is a disgrace. Update: was offered my money back to remove negative feedback which is in effect a bribe. When I refused they now reported the review to trustpilot for content. No wonder their reviews are so good. Filed credit card suit for item not received. Update2: after the above failed the review was again reported to trustpilot for an in-genuine experience aka ModDIY says I'm a liar. I submitted proof, as you can see the review stands.

Ordered two cables that their website claimed was "in stock - usually ships within one day." It's been nine days, and the order status has claimed that the order is "packing" for the last week. Yet the website still claims they are in stock. They've ignored two e-mails to their support address. Based upon this service, take your business elsewhere.

Paid for expedited shipping in April it is currently the end of June and still have not received my order,,, at this point they can keep it as I ordered the same part from a different company after I attempted to contact them and was professionally told to stuff it Update: 7/4 they reach out to offer me a full refund to remove my negative review,,, well I say keep your money, my review stands, I will not be bought!! After over 2 months of no updates on my tracking number I've contacted them repeatedly and only gotten a cut and past answer about "Covid delays" and I have yet to receive an answer to my last request for information. I am in talk with a lawyer about what it will take to get my money back since I'm out the service fee for installing the cable I ordered into the PC since my customer went somewhere else. I'm thinking the site is a scam.
