They very quickly fixed the typo on my order

Getting help from modDIY about my recent purchases was fantastic! I made a mistake in my measurement calculations and they helped me out so much, amazing customer service, amazing products. I will buy my custom cables ONLY from them from now on.

I was helped accordingly and they were really helpful about my question the 12 pin cable.

I ordered a Honeywell PTM 7950 pad, but the package is empty when it arrived. I immediately send a message to the customer service via messenger, and they responded for a few hours about my concern. Long story short, they sent me another package again. It arrived a week later, and thankfully, my order was in the package. Their online store may not be well-known, but they have the best customer service. Their products might be slightly expensive compared to aliexpress or ebuy7, but it's worth it considering that your order will definitely be delivered to you and its customer service won't ignore your concern.

These guys are very quick, have good prices and dont mess around like cablemod, both good companies, although moddiy has theres in order!!!

Fast follow up response, very easy to contact.

Great cable makers, and great knowledge of PSU cable Types, with a very friendly staff, that is always there to help guide you to the correct cable fitting. UPDATE: "But sometimes, they get it wrong" I had a bit of a problem, but thanks to Eric all was sorted out. I still think they make the best cables money can buy. A big thank you to Eric & the Team.

What to do very fast and good and quality. I am very happy that I buy a product there.
