MODDIYReviews of moddiy.com

After searching for days for a custom cable solution, I ran the specs by all the custom cable suppliers. modDIY.com answered each inquiry fast and they were extremely understanding of the complexity of my requirements. No manufacturer produces a cable with the specs I needed, and the other custom cable suppliers lacked the flexibility to accommodate the request (sleeved single 8-pin to 12-pin adapters). The cables arrived within a couple weeks, they work, and they look extremely good. Special thanks to Carrie and whoever put the actual cables together. I have a long list of cables I still need so I will keep you in mind for future orders!

Great 1 on 1 customer service - super helpful. Also helps there's a large selection of useful items for the PC builder / enthusiast!

Answers questions quickly, accurately and clearly. I want to use it when I buy a cable!

I was confused about power supply requirements and cables to use. Got a pretty quick response in on-line chat, very helpful, got the right product.

Had to make an order of a part that's hard to find, they could quickly and usefully help me to do so in chat.

Very satisfied, item ordered for the France. Received quickly, well packaged. Very good communication.

Great customer service, and fast response. Really happy!

Nice customer support (even though the chat was offline/busy they contacted me as soon as they were able even though I doubt it would've benefited them in the least to do so in terms of their own metrics after like 12 hours). Detailed replies and information. Hopefully all else goes as well (product hasn't shipped yet so still have to evaluate shipping times and the product).
