MODDIYReviews of moddiy.com

The company is awesome amazing quality, I ordered a cable a little short and they helped me out with a new one for just the length cost difference

Extremely quick chat support, was able to find the answers I was looking for

Prompt response and quick delivery.

Great site, fast support, correct cable for rare PSU. I left the occupied territory of Ukraine with my computer, the cables for the power supply became unavailable... I needed a PCI-E (for videocard ) cable for fsp hydro ptm pro 750W . I wrote to FSP support, they answered in a week. They said they didn't have cables. I was offered to buy a new power supply from them (ha-ha, never again). I bought a cable from Aliexpress - they sent the wrong cable :( . Cablemod.com wrote that they cannot guarantee that the cable will fit my power supply. I emailed to moddiy.com and they confirmed they would make the correct cable and helped track the order. I got correct cable, many thanks to moddiy.com.

I had a question about a custom cable and it was quickly and easily handled. Great product knowledge and the customization I'm looking for won't cost extra either. This will be my future go-to for orders like this!!

Exceptional service even after the error was on my side still sending me the correct cable free of charge

First of all i would like to thank carrie which woks in the customer service she is extremly pro. And kind Secondly the cable was made by a very good material the finishing of the plastic of the plugs are very good the material of the cable is not tough and can be banded easly which helps alot with the cable management... thank you moddiy i would advice it for anyone using the new NV cards Also the shipping came before the expected date by air mail

I reached out to ModDIY.com for a custom cable to power the NVIDIA RTX 4080 with Intel NUC 13 Extreme kit. I accidentally selected a 3x8-pin to 16-pin 12VHPWR cable with fast shipping. I received the cable within 4 days of placing the order. However, the 3x8-pin doesn't match with the PSU since I needed a 2x8-pin version. I reached out to support over the chat, and they offered a free 2x8-pin cable without any hesitation. The documentation on their website in selecting the cable is superb and I will pay more attention to the doc next time when I am placing the order for more custom PSU cables in the future.
