I ordered custom cable set 24.01.2022, after few days of waiting i wrote a ticket why is this delay. They replied there is a New Year holidays in China and noone work until 10 feb. Bad timming i said to myself.....but guess what, today is 18.02.2022 (25 day's since placed that order) It's almost a month and they didn't even ship product i paid for.

Ordered an paid for a cable at 27.1.2022. My order status after more than week of waiting time is still "Packing". Customer support is not responding to emails... edit: 11.2.2022 - order still have "Packing" status edit: 29.3.2022 - order shipped and still in HK from 15.2.2022 so after 2 months I still don't have my order... edit: 2.5.2022 - still don't have my order... I'm thinking that it will never arrive...

Upon receipt of my order, I did receive a modDIY PCIE 1x Slot Protective Jack Cover in lieu of the ordered modDIY PCIE 4x Slot Protective Jack Cover. I requested that modDIY provide to me a modDIY PCIE 4x Slot Protective Jack Cover, as ordered. modDIY agreed to provide to me a modDIY PCIE 4x Slot Protective Jack Cover, as ordered. However, after a significant delay, modDIY decided to refund to me that paid for the modDIY PCIE 4x Slot Protective Jack Cover in lieu of providing to me a modDIY PCIE 4x Slot Protective Jack Cover, as ordered. I have since had to purchase a PCIE 4x Slot Protective Jack Cover from another seller. I am aggrieved by the conduct of modDIY and believe that this conduct contravenes the Australian Consumer Law. I do not intend to purchase from modDIY in future. I encourage others to also not purchase from modDIY in future.

Ordered several custom cables from the site. Cabling arrived in the wrong color, one cable wasn't in working condition, and several kinks in the wiring were noticeable. Contacted Customer support about starting a return process, their suggestion was "Sell them on Ebay" if I want my money back even though they have the 100% satisfaction guarantee on the site. Eventually they agree to return them however I have to cover the shipping costs, which totaled just under the price for the crappy product. Don't recommend purchasing from this site as quality from the products are poor.

If I would have known everything ships from Hong Kong I would have went elsewhere. Over a week in "packing" but, it only shipped the following day after I contacted them with an inquiry. Ordered March 28th and still in transit, I would avoid these people if you want something fairly quickly. *Update* I was contacted by ModDIY after I posted the above with an offer to refund me 50% of my purchase if I removed this review, I respectfully declined. I still haven't received the shipment in 30 days even though each item I ordered was stated to be in stock and their claim "usually ships within 24 hours."

I ordered a custom cable for a 3080 Founders Edition in the middle of December. The item never arrived so I emailed about 1 month later asking where the item was. They replied that they could not ship it via air, so had shipped it by ground. I was advised this could take 2 to 3 months. When ordering, they never told me that it could take up to 3 months to arrive (in fact there website states a few weeks) nor in any other email have they told me. It is now 3 months on and they are refusing to refund me or replace the item. Luckily I've paid through PayPal and will be claiming the cost back through them EDIT: MODDIY have finally refunded me, and asked me to remove this review, which I did not. They have now also flagged this review to trust pilot as fake, and I have sent the order email and Paypal conversation to Trust Pilot

Communication is awful, constant misinformation One day they tell me it is on the way and to just be patient for another week or two, that time passes then they say it's surface mail wait for two to three months. The link in that message clearly states that air service was resumed the day before the courier shipped my parcel overseas in China meaning they outright lied to me or don't have a clue what's going on. Either way sub-standard service for what is an expensive custom cable. WIll not be ordering again, wont refund me so I can go get what I need elsewhere. Changing information all the time, I paid for airmail, they didn't even offer to refund me for the shipping which they charged me £9 for. Avoid avoid avoid. Absolute shambles of a company and you've got absolutely no recourse when they mess you about like this.

I ordered on August 1st. It is now October 1st and I still haven't received my order to the USA. Be very wary of "free" shipping. I also sent an email on Monday for support with this situation. It is now three days later and I still haven't received a response to my concern. I am now sitting in "chat" for the last 20 minutes and I really don't believe anyone will respond. Think very critically about ordering from this place. I do not trust them anymore and wish I hadn't even bothered. Edit : Apparently only "surface" mail is available to the US. Blaming covid saying 2-3 months. It's already been two and no state side tracking.
