MODDIYReviews of moddiy.com

The Moddiy team was great to order from. The cables I got from them were spot on the right length, look so good and made the computer build so much cleaner than it was with stock PSU cables. I had an issue with the initial delivery because of a third party company (outside of Moddiy control) but they resolved the issue for me still which was great of them. Great products. Great customer service.

Great customer service, fast reply, would definitely recommend it !

Quick, helpful responses when advice is needed!

The company helped me with an urgent query. Provided good information. Very good customer service

Went back and forth with Carrie on what length custom cables to get. She was very pleasant and informative, and kept a calm demeanor while I was pancaking on what length cables I desired. Overall, my experience with MODDIY's customer service was a positive one and I can't wait for the cables to arrive so I can update my build.

The customer service is amazing. I had two issues with my order and they addressed and fixed the issues promptly.

I made a mistake with an order but the team was super responsive and helped resolve the issue. Even spent the time to ensure I had the correct product moving forward! Great experience

Carrie from MODDIY has been exceptional with me from start to finish. Empathy and Compassion to help and went above and beyond the standard port of call - so thank you for that. Very fast replies and always efficient. Highly recommend.
