Great service overall.... A little bit tough to self serve, but once engaged with customer service, dealing with modDIY is a breeze. Carrie did great helping me out....

Very good service overall, Only thing that I would fix about my whole experience was shipping time My product was sent out late but that could have been due to the holidays which I can understand other than that excellent customer service and the product worked as described

Thank you very much, I have received my package on late afternoon on 9th April 2018. However, would appreciate if chat support online can reply as stated on the chat board(within 2 hours). Overall, please do keep up the great work. Looking forward for the next purchase from modDIY.
