I was put in contact with Carrie to order modular cables compatible with my FSP Hydro PTM PRO 1200W PSU. She was very responsive, patient, and professional. Even though I’m inexperienced, she clearly answered all my questions and guided me step by step. Thanks to her, I was able to finalize my order with confidence. Highly recommended!

I had a compatibility question and they were able to respond lightning fast validating my purchase decision. Very responsive to all email inquiries and replies. I still haven't heard a peep from the OEM manufacturer. Will be revisiting for future needs.
