SCAM ALERT ‼️ I ordered & received 2 products, SkinCeuticals AGE Interrupter & CE Ferulic, and they do not contain what I ordered. The packaging says they are meant to be what I ordered but that is not what is in the containers. Also I had to pay €42 for postage to UPS for delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

I received products that are outdated. I contacted Modarak by email to explain the issue, but instead of resolving it, they sent me additional outdated products. I have since requested a refund, however after multiple follow-up emails, I have not received any response. I would appreciate this matter being addressed as soon as possible.

I ordered thursday february 18 products for 700 AED. I sent the saturday an email + whatsapp regarding the delivery. They blocked me on whatsapp it's mean that there are scammers from Qatar . Never order from them this company is a scam

If there were negative stars I’d give them that. I ordered over $800 USD worth of SkinCeuticals products. Not only was there a massive delay in sending the package but I had also asked for the purchase to be cancelled. Both their phone numbers are disconnected, they don’t respond to Facebook or Instagram messages and I’ve emailed them every day with no response. I want to return their products asap but no one is getting back to me. Terrible customer service. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Do not order from their website!

Its been month and a half and havent received anything. I also asked for a the refund and havent answered. All costumers affected should do something and report.
