Shocking, truly shocking, £230.00 order, not delivered, emailed Customer care 5 times not one response, i would not use this company. My own fault should have checked the reviews first, hopefully others will see this first.

I would strongly advise against ordering from Modarak. The website is virtually identical to Natty Women—the same layout, product range, images, pricing, and overall shopping experience, just under a different brand name. The similarities are impossible to ignore and immediately raised concerns for me. In my experience, the company accepted my order, but I have not received the goods, and repeated attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you’re considering placing an order, do your research first and proceed with extreme caution.

Not even a one star. Skinceuticals never arrived. No reply to e mails. Total scam. Avoid.

I saw an advertisement on Instagram from Modarak .They were selling an amazing brand called Skinceutic at a very good price. Therefore I ordered CE Ferulic for £100.00 in June. The product never arrived and despite sending the company multiple emails they have not responded. So disappointed by the company

I would not recommend ordering from this company. I placed my order over two weeks ago and still haven’t received it. The lack of communication and updates has been extremely frustrating, especially after paying for the order. As a customer, I expect transparency and reliable service, but this experience has been disappointing from start to finish. If you’re considering ordering from this company, I’d think twice. Based on my experience, I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I didn’t have any issues before with Modarak.com website but after my last order this 21st May 2026, the company is not responding anymore with my emails as to when I will receive the products I ordered. Sent multiple emails but no reply whatsoever as of the time of this writing. Before, the longest waiting time for me to receive the ordered products is around 10 days. Now it’s more than a month already. The down side is that I can only communicate via email. They don’t have any number to call. Moreover, I think the website is compromised or something because when I tried to log-in to my account last week, it’s saying I don’t have any order. Today when I tried to just log-in, it asked me for OTP which I received in email but when I input the OTP, it’s not going anywhere.

Hi have ordered vitamin c skin cuticles which cost me 80 euro . I have ordered it over two weeks No sign of it been delivered . I have emailed with no reply !!! Looks like it's scam !!!!
