Worst customer service I've ever dealt with My order arrived damaged. Getting a response across multiple channels and a return label took MONTHS. They ignored my emails and support texts, and I only got a response once I mentioned legal action. Quality was far below what was advertised, and the whole experience felt like a total scam to me. I would NEVER order from them again, and I'd urge anyone considering it to PURCHASE ELSEWHERE! The hassle is not worth it!

Had an issue with the first shipment being lost/stolen. Modablvck swiftly resolved it, shipping me a replacement pair. I wear prescription glasses so I often purchase designer frames. These glasses are definitely authentic and high quality. The prices are some of the lowest I've came across and I will be a returning customer.
