BUYER BEWARE: Do NOT trust this company. I bought from MocoQueen for Halloween after reading what seemed like reputable Trustpilot reviews… boy was I wrong. Do not expect your items to arrive on time or to have any success with customer support. I paid $10 extra for fast shipping (2-3 business days). The item did not arrive for 6 business days. When I told the company I needed to return their product since it came way late, they completely ignored me after promising to make it right. I’ve reached out 2 additional times only to be ghosted. As a company with very few competition when it comes to costumes and contacts, they had an opportunity to win a customer for life, instead they use malicious scam business practices. When you spend $80 on a product and extra for fast shipping, you would expect better service. This company is a disappointment.

These contact do not apply at all. I wasted hours trying to get them to work and looking for way to use them. Do not waste your money on this garbage.

False advertising. They claim their contacts are “pre Halloween” if you pay up the ass for shipping. And then still won’t have them in on time and when you reach out you’ll be ignored. Thanks for nothing mocoqueen. Had I known my costume would be incomplete due to you I would’ve spent my money somewhere that was at least honest.

They are scamming people by sending contacts that don’t fit people’s eyes and hurt people’s eyes and don’t refund. I won’t recommend them unless you have an unlimited amount of money.
