Please contacts are amazing and they cook great. Not only are they good quality, but Moco queen is definitely a customer service based company. There was a quality issue with one pair of contacts and they immediately replaced them for me. I can't be more thankful, and look forward to purchasing more contacts from them

Delivery was great

Very disappointed in this company they have on their website. Delivery is 3 to 5 business days. I ordered mine over a week ago with no tracking update. Doesn’t even look like the package was accepted by the courier and when I reached out, they said oh well things are backed up. You could always return them if you don’t need them definitely will not be ordering from this company ever again.

I purchased a pair of lenses that were red (Scarlet Witch lenses) for my birthday. I'd been a repeat Mocoqueen customer before. Unfortunately the lenses I received this time weren't red at all- they were pumpkin orange. I thought this was probably just a manufacturing error and reached out to their customer service, expecting a speedy resolution. I sent over, at their request, videos and pictures to show the color, WHICH IS CLEARLY ORANGE, and they checked with the quality team who came back to say "We have checked with our quality team and confirmed that there are no issues with the product." They offered a $10 code for a future lens purchase, and I was annoyed to say the least, as clearly there was an issue, but took the loss and tried to be grateful. I tried to rush ship a new pair of lenses- and this time there was an issue with the address either printed or damaged during shipping and I didn't get my order and was left with too little of time to place a third order. So I went back to the customer service thread, very disappointed, and asked for them to resolve the issues. Their final offer: Scarlet Lenses: refund unopened lenses only, minus a handling fee, minus shipping. Bear in mind, I already told them I opened one lens to confirm the color, so this wasn't even a real option. The missing lenses: minus shipping fee, minus handling fees- the refund they offered was lower than the cost of the lenses themselves, excluding taxes and shipping fees, so they were offering a NET LOSS. So their final offer: I ended up at a NET LOSS for 1 pair of lenses that was not the color on the website, and 1 pair that I never even received. So I *paid* $59.85 (cost of the lenses I never got to wear, even offsetting the $10 discount) for NOTHING. I exchanged NINETEEN emails with Mocoqueen trying to make it right just to end up at a net loss, time wasted, no wearable lenses, and a huge disappointment.

The Flesh Eater lenses were way too big and we're bubbled when I tried to insert them :/
