These contacts are always perfect I've always had good success with them. Over the years I've been ordering from MocoQueen I've had one pair of contacts not fit well out of the dozen or so I've purchased.

Great quality product. Contacts arrived right on time. Love the case it came with. Super cute. Very comfortable to wear.

Reposting as they made me take down my review to reimburse me. Bought last year no problem. This year, I bought a pair of contacts. They shipped me the completely wrong item. Upon asking for a return and refund, they said I could KEEP them as a "gift" from them and they would give me credit for a new pair. I ordered the new pair with the credit and they shipped me the completely wrong order...AGAIN. Said I was in a time crunch to please provide a return and refund now for these lenses. They told me they would cover shipping and packaging. They said NOTHING about the original lenses they told me to keep. So, I shipped them back, providing the receipt and tracking number...they told me I would not be reimbursed for shipping as I did not return the first pair...which they told me to keep...that I no longer possess...because I didnt need them...and they told me to keep them. So I wasted money for TWO mistakes they made. Then they used emotional manipulation "We honestly thought we were doing everything in our power to take responsibility and compensate you for the trouble" because I posted the review prior to them actually working towards the reimbursement they told me I would receive which I had to negotiate. I let them know I would gladly update the review after they followed through with what they told me. After that, they told me to take down the review and THEN they would reimburse me which is completely unethical. It's stunning that a company would use narcissistic tactics. I am in disbelief that I had to remove my review to get reimbursed. I have nothing positive to say other than having to jump through hoops and be CENSORED for them to do what any other company would do without issue and they made it seem like they were doing me this amazing service that's bare minimum for most other companies.

I love my contacts!

I’ve used moco queen in the past, and have always been pleased with the product. This last time, I received some black out sclera contacts that, once putting them in, I realized had a scalloped edge that was irritating to my eye. The left contact had a tear in it. I’ve messaged the company requesting to either exchange the product for a new pair or a refund and haven’t heard back. So, I guess the company is good as long as you don’t require any customer service. Updated as of 5/25/26: MocoQueen customer service reached out to me to rectify the issue. I’m very grateful, since I love their contacts and haven’t found any comparable! Very happy to adjust my rating to 5 stars, and will definitely continue using this company for all my contact lenses.
