Not WORKING! No REFUND!
The phone number doesn't work for any services I tried. I sent a support ticket twice, but no one seems to even bother. Now I'm asking them for a refund but have no idea if this will ever work or not.

I paid $10 and didn't get the number. I ordered a room in India, but I didn't get anything. I wrote to you by mail yesterday, but I didn't get a reply. I couldn't even confirm my email. I was ignored.

Seems like a con
Seems like a con, I Paid-up, and the number is not available, in fact, no numbers available, tried about 20 and just gave up. Don't waste your money on this service.

Like other people I spent 10 usd for a number that was supposed to be available. After payment I discover that number was unavailable at the moment and to come back again in few days!!! I did it also but result was the same! Good trick to steal money from people!!

You can send a support ticket to support(at)mobilesms.io if you are having issues and we can even issue you a refund. Our services are fully functional, we've been around for years.

waste of time
waste of time. it will not work, I have tried 3 different numbers and 1 rented number (which even they cannot activated within their promised timeline) don't waste your time guys, the is money.. and I was wasting 1 hour for this trying.. it doesn't work nor for WhatsApp nor for telegram. even text is better with their virtual numbers.. I don't use this service. send me back my 10usd etc.

Sorry it didn't work for your use case. The service works for many users as we don't use VoIP numbers, only real sims. Email us at support(at)mobilesms.io and we can process the refund for you, no worries.

Over prices per sms verification
Over prices per sms or per verification. Per sms cost 1$-3$. that huge for regular usage. And they don't have clear privacy policy like if I registered some sensitive website will the check later my sms or not. they didn't clearly state this

Thanks for your feedback. Our prices range in prices due to the difficulty of sourcing real mobile phone numbers from SIM cards. Our numbers aren't virtual numbers that are on the cheaper end, which is why our numbers work on nearly any website. We do not sell your data or data mine our own clients. Our website was designed to help maintain your privacy while online so it would be hypocritical if we did that to our own customers.
