Over paid for shipping that should have been delivered no later than friday, came monday after birthday...

I couldn't find a Samsung Dex at launch but was able to find them in stock at MobileFun.com. Amazon still says there is a month or two to go for their waiting list, and we've been using ours for over a week since we ordered from MobileFun. I will definitely browse their website for future orders.

I was charged TWICE ($155.98 x 2)on Paypal for a single order. I tried calling Mobile Fun: no answer. I contacted them twice through their web site: no response. Then I got an email saying that item was not available as promised and available only later: so I cancelled both orders. But I still got charged the full amount. Additionally, the item came with a free promotion of a cleaning cloth. I received the cleaning cloth delivered (TWICE!) by DHL and got charged $16.99 per delivery: without the actual item. I have had no reply to my emails sent for the original duplicate order, or the cancellations and have been charged total of $311.96 for cancelled and duplicate items!

I received my order quickly after placing. Great company, great options and hope to use again in the future.

Got a random security email from the company that seemed fake. Was told to fill out a credit card form to verify my order. The email and the site seemed very fake. Was offered the ability to reply by email but the email was rejected. Took 3 days to get a response about cancelling the order.

Excellent. I was a little concerned since shipping was from the U.K. The shipping progress was amazing. I asked for tracking info and it was right on. Got thispackage faster than many shipments in the US. Even saw how fast it got through customs. The delivering carrier representative even called my phone to let me know they had just left my package with my doorman. The product was exactly as ordered. I will definitely visit this site again. Also the price of my item ordered was exactly as if I had ordered it locally. I am really amazed .

No communication, I've emailed and tried to get in contact for days but no reply, I started to doubt that my item was going to be delivered and that the item wasn't the original, but at the end I have my item and it works well
